CRITICAL DATES
Early Bird Registrations must be received by March 11, 2005. No refunds will be given after April 18, 2005. Refunds are subject to a $30.00 processing fee.

EVALUATION FORMS
An evaluation form is included in the registration package. Please leave completed forms at the Registration Desk before leaving the conference. Individual session evaluations will be collected at the end of each conference session.

EXHIBITS
The exhibit hall is in the Mary Schaeffer Ballroom.
Exhibits are open:
Thursday 6:30 pm - 10:00 pm - cash bar
Friday 9:30 am - 3:00 pm
Saturday 9:30 am - 12:00 pm (noon)

GUEST FEES
A guest fee is charged for each non-conference participant 18 or older. This fee allows the guest to attend functions such as the opening reception, keynote sessions, author talks, coffee breaks and exhibits, but not to attend the sessions.

MEALS
All meals are included in the accommodation rate, not in the conference registration fee. If you are not staying at JPL, individual meal tickets can be purchased at the JPL Concierge Desk. Wine and cocktails are not included in the meal price and should be paid for directly or charged to your room. The JPL conference rate is calculated based on all hotel guests participating in the meal package. Hotel guests cannot opt out of the meal package. If you have dietary concerns (allergies etc.) please inform the Front Desk.

NAME TAGS
must be worn by all delegates and guests.

OPENING RECEPTION ON THURSDAY
Welcome to ALC ’05! Meet and mingle with other conference attendees in the Great Hall.

SINGLE DAY REGISTRATION
Single day rates apply to delegates attending the conference for one day. Please specify the day you are attending on the registration form.

TIPPING
Tips for meals are included in the accommodation rate. Tips for porter and room service are the responsiblity of each conference delegate.
