Receipts and session confirmation will be included in your registration package at the Conference.

Please note: Daily rates apply only to those delegates attending for one day. The JPL special accommodation rates for the conference will apply for one night only -- regular rates apply for additional nights. Name tags will be marked for the day of attendance. Each number on the registration form corresponds to a Conference session or social event. Circle the numbers of the sessions and events you wish to attend. Limited sessions or events (B1, C6, F2, G1, L2) will be filled on a first come first served basis. Only registered delegates may attend sessions. Exhibitors may attend if space permits. A guest fee is charged for each non-Conference participant 18 years of age and older. This fee entitles the guest to attend social and recreational functions at the Conference such as the Presidents' Reception, Coffee Breaks, Author Talks, Exhibits, Movie and Wine Tasting. It also entitles the guest to stay at JPL at the conference rate. The guest fee assists in the costs of providing the social events and must be paid in order to attend these events. It does NOT include attendance at sessions.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES: Early Bird: March 7, 2001 Mail your registration by the early bird deadline and you will be eligible to win your conference weekend free! A draw will be held on Saturday night from among the early bird delegates. If your name is drawn, your conference registration will be refunded and Jasper Park Lodge will take care of your accommodation charges! (You must be present for the draw at Saturday night's dinner to win. Note: applies only to those delegates staying at Jasper Park Lodge.) All registrations must be postmarked by April 11, 2001 Refunds are subject to a $20.00 processing fee. No refunds issued after April 11, 2001.
